If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction may also refer unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through its established dispute resolution procedures.
